PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Plan 1: One full payment at enrollment:
Tuition can be paid by check, money order or cash. There is a 3%
discount for payment in full by August 20, 2009.
Plan 2: Monthly payments can be elected
with an automated payment plan. Payments are due either on the 5th or
the 20th of the month to be automatically deposited to IGA's bank account.
When a bank draft is returned, it will be automatically
resent along with a $25.00 return fee. Payments that become 2 months
past due will result in financial suspension. This means that the
student cannot return to school until the account is made current.
From this point on, any delinquencies will result in the remainder of the
year's tuition having to be paid in full. A 425.00 fee will be charged
for every returned check. After 3 returned checks, payment will be
required on a "cash only" basis.
Scholarship Policies:
McKay and Children First Florida scholarship checks must
be signed by a parent/guardian within 5 business days of notification.
Financial suspension will result when not signed in a timely manner.
Scholarship monies from the State can change according to
the State's budget. The parent/guardian is expected to pay the
difference if scholarships are less than expected.
Withdrawing Procedures and Policies
When a student is withdrawn for any reason, (relocation,
expulsion, or financial suspension), the full amount of regular tuition for
that current period is due, including any past due amounts, at the time of
withdrawal. Transportation charges through the remainder of the month
are also due.
A withdrawal fee of $200.00 applies from the date of
enrollment through day 10 of school. The parent/guardian must come in
to the IGA office and fill out a Student Withdrawal/Transfer Form in order
to withdraw the student.
School records, report card, testing and Plan of Action
will not be released until all financial obligations are fulfilled with the
school business office.
\Admission and Reenrollment Policies
The application fee is non-refundable even in case of
non-acceptance.
All assessment fees are non-refundable.
If IGA does not have an available space, the
parent/guardian has the option of being put on the waiting list or
withdrawing the application. If they choose to be put on the waiting
list, then the application fee is not refundable.
A student cannot attend the school until financial
arrangements have been made.
If a family chooses to reenroll a student, all financial
obligations must be clear and the determination of availability of an
appropriate instructor ratio must be made and agreed upon by IGA and the
parent. Instructor: student ratio will be determined by assessment and
student need, not by financial responsibility.
